It's back! The feature on our website that shows you some good guns for a low cost is making it's return today with the Echo 1 AK-47 RIS Full Sized AEG Rifle. Head on over to the GOTW section of this website to check it out.

Spring Break is coming and that means that it's time to start heading into the woods and shoot at each other. Bennington Airsoft had a pretty great 2011. With the launch of the Youtube channel, Facebook, Twitter, and e-mail (special thanks to Ben Richmond for setting these up). Our team is still growing and we're looking forward to welcoming a new member this year. Airsofting is a lot of fun now that everybody has their own gun, (or most of you anyway). If you're a member of the team go ahead and check out our Youtube, youtube.com/BenningtonAirsoft. There you can catch a montage of our games during the 2011 season. Thanks to Ben, again, we now have a second playing area if we feel like it. During the pre-winter months last year Thomas and I went over to The Desert for a day. Now, don't get me wrong it was nothing like playing in the woods, but it was pretty enjoyable. Now, we've hit 2012 and I have some plans. First of all, I created a segment of the website called Gun of the Week. Although, it never got updated. This year I'm going to work a little harder to update as much as I can, but that means that not all the guns will be cheap as I eventually won't have a lot of good cheap guns to turn to. I will also make sure to keep up with Hit Chart's as usual. Hopefully, this year we will have more wars. Although, perhaps my biggest goal for this year is going to be Halloween Rezurrection II. If you pay attention to our channel we produced a Halloween special called Halloween Rezurrection. It came out okay but I turned it into something greater. About a month later, I began work on the script for the sequel. Now the script is done and we're planning on filming in the beginning of Summer. Stay tuned for more information about wars.

I've thought a lot about cool game types we can play at our wars and decided that we should try and play some zombies and we're nearing halloween. I've decided to call it "Zombies in Benninngton." This event will probably take place on October 29th and maybe even go to the 30th but it's not yet confirmed. Here are a few rules but once again these arent confirmed:

1) No AEG's are allowed to be used during zombies game types.

2) You can use shotguns, pistols or melee weapons.

3) Zombies can only run when they are close to survivors otherwise they have to walk.

4) Zombies have to grab their victims to kill and infect them.

5) After you've been infected you walk back to the porch and drop off your weapons.

You may want to go to walmart and buy a full face mask because if you're a zombie it may hurt to get shot in the face. Also bring a heavy sweatshirt to keep you warm and to protect you from painful BBs.

Im sorry of the lack of updatin the gun of the week but I am going to try to update it every monday. This week it's the G&G FN Herstal FNC. It's very expensive but for those of you willing to pay check it out in the GOTW section.

HIT CHART

Another war has gone by and it was a very fun one. We tried out a new game type called capture the base and it was a huge success after playing it three times in a row. All in all it was a lot of fun and hopefully we can squeeze in a couple more before winter. A lot of people are asking us to help them pick out guns. Well then I thought of this new cool feature called the Gun Of The Week. Basically the Gun Of The Week is so people can look at guns that fit our rules and are good fun guns to use. They will all probably be in the higher 380 FPS and anywhere in the 400 FPS range. If you're interested in this and are looking for a gun then look at he GOTW section on the site and chaeck out all the details on the weapon and seeif you are going to get it. At the bottom of the GOTW page will be a link to the website were you can get the gun.
